What to include

The article title or page address, the point you are asking about and any relevant manufacturer information will help put your message in context. Please do not send payment details, account passwords or order documents containing personal information.

Hector Bazaar publishes buying and household-use articles. It does not sell products, process orders or handle a retailer's returns. For an order problem, contact the seller through the details on your purchase confirmation.

Corrections and commercial enquiries

Use the same email address for a factual correction or a relevant commercial enquiry. Describe the matter in the message rather than sending an unexplained attachment. Contacting the site does not guarantee coverage, a reply within a particular time or publication of submitted material.
